Tad Long

Director of Operations

Tad Long is the Director of Operations for our MOD Pizza brand. Tad joined Womack Restaurants in 2006 as a District Manager for our IHOP brand. He brought with him 16 years of restaurant experience and was tasked with expanding our company and developing the IHOP brand in a new market, Columbus, OH. He served us well in this role until we sold IHOP in September of 2014. Tad left the company as part of the sale but when we bought into the MOD Pizza brand, we knew exactly who we wanted to lead the franchise. Tad rejoined the company in November of 2015 as the Director of Operations and has hit the ground running ever since. Tad was instrumental in developing MOD Pizza from the ground up in our Kansas City, MO and Columbus, OH markets with a small expansion into Indiana. In his time with us, he has contributed to opening 23 restaurants between IHOP and MOD. Tad has over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry.
