Development Manager

Nate Brown is the Development Manager. After starting with Womack Restaurants in 2009 as a part-time contract pilot in the early days of IHOP expansion, Nate began official full-time work by solving IT problems. This led to procurement for construction projects, helping with Popeyes mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions. Around 2015, with the beginning of the Womack MOD Pizza franchise journey, Nate made a shift into full-stack development. The MOD project has included adventures in demographics data analysis, real estate procurement, commercial lease negotiations, architectural design, construction management, landlord/tenant relations, liquor licensing, digital advertising, PCI compliance, acoustic design, lighting, electrical, HVAC, utility contracts, energy savings, and more aviation management consulting.
